EVO was founded to solve a problem: giving fans an opportunity to invest in their favorite idols and to get in with the elite. We do this by allowing YOU to invest in our FanFund which houses a diversified portfolio of high profile Athletes, Celebrity, and Influencer led projects —in exchange for a percentage of the future earnings.
EVO’s initial foray has partnered with one of the most legendary names in racing—Andretti Autosport—to help identify the best up and coming drivers to bring in under the EVO umbrella. Watch this video for more on the Andretti partnership. Through similar partnerships with experts in the field of Influencers and Celebrities EVO’s FanFund will have access to projects and businesses with some of the most sought after talent in the world. See our Team page for more details.
We plan to use your investment not only to create EVO’s FanFund Platform, but also to identify and sign projects that our expert scouting team believe have the potential to become high earners in their vertical. When we find individuals with skill in athletics, music, or acting, that also already have a rabid fan following, you have higher chances of success.
As we all know, you can be the most skilled individual in your field but if you don’t have visibility or marketability you will not succeed.
When you invest, you receive real stock in our company – one share of Class B Non-Voting Common Stock for every $0.75 you invest. But there’s more. In addition to owning equity in our company, we pay you a portion of revenues earned from each EVO athlete. EVO sets aside 5% of the earnings of each of our athletes and distributes that pool of money pro-rata to all of our investors on an annual basis. This “revenue share” is in addition to any other dividends we may pay at some point in the future, and in addition to the value of your stock if we one day go public or are acquired.
EVO is an early-stage company that plans to grow into the biggest and strongest company we can, to make your investment as valuable as possible. We want you to invest and come along for the ride with us, but if you are looking for a stock you can buy today and sell tomorrow or in the near future this investment is not for you.
There are three ways you could get a return on your investment in our future plans:
In the interim while we grow the company to get to one of those two stages, we expect to reinvest any profits into that growth. It is possible that when we become profitable, our board of directors could decide to pay shareholders a dividend on top of the revenue share mentioned above, though that is not in our immediate plans at this time.
If you invest in EVO, plan to hold your stock, enjoy the benefits of being an owner, and look for your return on investment in the future.
We wish we didn’t have to ask for your private information, but we have some legal responsibilities and requirements. As an investor, we hope you understand that following these rules is very important to all of us at EVO to make sure we can grow into the company we all want to be, with you along for the ride, without any problems from governmental authorities. That’s the responsible thing to do to protect all of us, and you as an investor.
Here’s what we need from you to comply with the law, in addition to the information you would have to give any online company you wanted to do business with:
